I always speak of "living with intention, and so far, some people get it and some people don't. For me, it's about finding God's purpose in my life. It's about submitting myself, applying my talents and allowing God to do what he does best... which is be awesome!
This has been a long time in the making. I've probably been talking about it for a year with my husband, and recently decided that fulfilling this dream couldn't go untouched.
So, without further ado...
Why....
They say when you love what you do, it's not work...and I couldn't agree more. I work full-time as a graphic designer in the retail industry, and my love for design has only grown since I began my career. As I began each project and searched for inspiration, I was always gravitating towards paper goods and interior design/decor. So when I decided to open the shop, I knew immediately where my passion was. This shop is my opportunity to combine all of my talents and extend my creativity into life's, worthy of celebration and inspiration, moments. I believe in living with intention. Intentionally choosing love, choosing joy, and most of all choosing to inspire and be inspired by others. All of my products reflect those beliefs all while encouraging others to focus on all the things in life that matter the most.
Where did "Hazel Berry" come from?
I knew I loved the word Hazel, after all it is my eye color :), and Berry derives from my married name that I am oh so proud to have. I must have gone through about 100 names for this shop brand. So after months or trying out names and creating a gazillion logos, my husband so casually says,"what about Hazel Berry?" It was like the heavens opened and angels sang (which usually happens when he has an idea, brilliant that guy) and I knew it was what I wanted. And everything has just felt so right since.

Hazel Berry Paper is a paper goods and digital design based shop. Currently we sell: art prints, stationary, notepads, personalized products, and invitations. There is always something new and exciting in the works in the HBP shop. So, keep checking back for new product updates and special offers.

This shop has very much been a leap of faith. Anytime you put your passion out there or on paper, its scary! I continue to pray for God to take Hazel Berry where he wants it to go, and to equip me with the right moves and motivation along the way. I can't even say how grateful I am to have the opportunity to do this. To follow God's path for myself, and just do my best to glorify him in the process. Although rocky at times, I am grateful for the story he is blessing me with and allowing me to live.
